PRESENTATION !

I'm Matt, one of the member of the TEAM ! I'll post later the kind of music I listen to and other stuff. About me... I'm very sarcastic and cynical (pround writer of the little text which lead you guys to this page hehe !!)
The rest of the team will introduce themselves I guess but I'll just a few words about each of them...
- Elodie is blond haired (not her fault) but she's hype (one of my favourite words as you may have noticed) and funny. Great girl
- Aurélie is hype too. She looks bossy and bi*chy but she's so fu*king funny !!! A must-know girl
- Jordane is my devine opposite : she calls me 'the noble' and I call her the 'bof' (French word, don't ask). great girl who knows what she want !
- François can be cool when he wants but he's most of the time quiet. WTF you'll say ?! A punk is quiet ??!!! I know I know... sounds surprising.

First band I'm gonna talk about is Hard-Fi because I'm listening to them right now.
I know, I know you're thinking : THEY ALL LOOK LIKE SH*T !! Yes, yes, as a matter of fact they do BUT they are good.
I discovered them a little while ago thanks to François (yep, he can be useful! -kidding of course)

I know it's illegal but if you like soft rock, it's worth downloading (ooooo illegal... boooo !! :-)

Matt has done a description of each one of the Team...Not very nice.. but, well, it's Matt...
I am going to present the music I listen...
To start, I'm fond of “La nouvelle Scène française”...well, how could I explain, in English, you may traduce to “New French stage...”. I love reggae and ska too. And also others kinds of music, but I'm going to write only about these 3 categories.
Right After, I find important to precise that it's becoming more and more difficult to classify some bands of music in Reggae, ska, or Nouvelle scène française. Because what is great is that some bands mix it all up. I add this precision above all for bands of the Nouvelle Scène Française since, it regroups many French bands and I don't know where to put them...
used instruments can be : guitars, trombone, trumpet, accordion, clarinet, drums, bass, violin, saxophone, and so on...
The music I'd try to present you guys can be found in festivals, bars and in concert all over France principally. Those groups are not at television or in others media. So, you can put the tabloids in the trash can! It should be thrown out! And of course, stop watching your television where most of the time, some idiots try to sing...

Hi! So i'm François. you can see my description (by matt!) in the first post. Thanks Matt for this! And before i would say that my english is not very well so...excuse me!
My role in this team is to post some stuff about my favourite bands (punk of course).
For this first post I want to introduce you to an american band called The Unseen (do you know them?) On november 11th I've seen them at lyon in the eastpack antidote tour (if this event went in your country tell me in the commentaries!) with Flogging Molly (irish punk), Randy(punk rock'n'roll) and Millencolin(punk rock heroes). See the pic ? This is Mark the singer of The Unseen. Last album : "State of Discontent". A Epitaph (punk rock label) must-have album!!

How could this blog be considered as a good one if it didn't include references to one the best band ever : MUSE !!! Weird how on the same album you can SO many different atmospheres. I love it. Once again, I must admit that they are ALL ugly but after all does it really matter (the answer is yes but anyway...) ?

Can't make a list of my favourite songs from Muse but I'd recommend :
- Shrinking Universe
- Yes, Please
- Stockholm Syndrom
- Space Dementia

Though you are ABSOLUTELY not intersted in it, I'll tell you why I love those songs (WTF you say to yourself ?)
- Shrinking Universe reminds me that we live in a piece of sh*t world
- Yes, Please reminds me that we have to fight
- Stockholm Syndrom reminds me of all the flights I did this summer when I was in the US
- Space Dementia is THE song you must listen at 6:50AM when you gotta leave your house to go to school and that you need MOTIVATION !
